I am the Marketing Manager for a Medical Device manufacturer and distributor in Scottsdale, AZ. I have used some other data management programs in the past, but none compare to By The Numbers. BTN is very easy to use and above all, very effective tool to track what type of promotional ad works, how long it takes & how much it costs to our sales team to close their deals, and goes without saying that you can pull up information from your customers within seconds. BTN is a great & essential tool!
I own a home improvent company and in using By The Numbers to actually KNOW which advertising works, and which does not work, which sales people are doing their jobs, and which are not it has enabled my company to THRIVE in this… YES IN THIS ECONOMY!
I run a demolition and hauling company in Scottsdale. We have been using BTN for almost a year now. It has been awesome to see the results for closing ratios. Whatever $ you put into advertising it lets you know is it worth it. Another nice feature you don’t have to be at the office to get on BTN you can be anywhere as long as there is internet. A very nice program.
This is a VERY user friendly system. We are still finding features of this system. We are able to pull up our customers information in seconds..it helps us look good for our customers. We would be lost without it.
Our sales people use By the Numbers for tracking their leads and sales. I use it for data entry. I like the idea that you can have different ‘jobs’ instead of scrolling through a ton of notes to find something about a particular sale as with our previous database software. Also, the ‘search’ function is a lot more user-friendly than our previous software.
I use this software on a regular basis. When I receive a technical support call, I need to locate the customer’s information quickly and efficiently. This software has allowed me to verify the customer’s information within a few minutes because of its excellent search feature. This database helps me solve technical issues quickly because I have easy access to the customer’s background and technical support history.
I love this software. I would not want to be in sales without this software. Now I can post my job notes and not misplace them anymore. Also sales tracking and reviewing history helps me. How about checking your open leads. What’s in pipeline etc. This must be absolute dynamite for the people who are running businesses. Trust me.If you don’t have it yet, do your self a favor of life time and go check them out.
I have used By the Numbers while working for a roofing and remodeling company and I loved it! It was easy to use and it keeps everything nice and organized. BTN helped out a lot in showing the workers and business owner what was selling and who was good at selling what (just for one example). There are many different options to do with this software, I really recommend this product to everyone, it is worth it!!
We are a remodeling, landscaping, waterscaping, and painting business. We have used BTN for a year now and will not be with out it again! It helps me keep track of how our sales people are doing at all times and at the same time lets me watch our marketing costs. You will soon figure out how easy it is to use and wonder how you got along without it.
He is right on the money with this program. I have been using the particular program for 8+ months, and have had wonderful results with this. You can track your personal closing ratio, job notes, reminders, etc. and do it all from the office, or using my cell phone in the field.
What he says is true. Makes all the difference in running our business anyway. We’ve been using this about a year. Sales reps love it too!
